Pramode Metre is founder and serves as Managing Partner. Based in San Francisco, California, he has more than thirty years of professional services experience in sales, talent acquisition and management, serving major corporate clients in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Pramode’s work experience and representation has ranged from Technology, where he spent twenty years in the computer industry (DCM Data Products, Compaq and Unisys) -- to software (Temenos) -- to technology solutions, BPO and IT Outsourcing (EXL, e4e, Syntel) and Talent management, executive search and recruitment (NetPilgrim).
He has over the years built several large teams across the globe in addition to the NetPilgrim venture. His interest in Human Capital development was sparked early in his career as he built successful teams. This was further strengthened in his work at Inlaks with The Hays Consultants and the Creative Leadership Institute as it executed its major change management program.
Client and candidate relationships built over the years coupled with the deep understanding of the Indian, US, and UK corporate landscape and talent marketplace makes him an effective and incisive consultant with a success track record of delivering on difficult and complex searches.
